The axe has seen a lot of use, with numerous nicks and scratches all over it. Captain Aelfyr nonetheless put a great deal of time and care into maintaining her weapon - the axehead has been polished and repolished to a mirror shine. Inscribed along the haft of the axe is the phrase "Think upon your promises and die."
