This extravagent tunic was made specially for Kostya at his request. The fabric is reinforced with incredibly durable steel threads to assuage some of his paranoia and the metal plating hanging from it has been oiled and treated to ensure that it makes absolutely no noise. The result is surprisingly effective protection that does not appear to be so at first glance.
