Izmalt's Meteoric Apparatus

Developed by an ill-fated rival wizard of Citzal, this strange gun was designed to bridge the gap in arcane skill in a duel with the archwizard, which ultimately ended very badly for Izmalt.The weapon misfired in the duel, instantly trapping a fragment of the wizard's soul in the shard of adra that powers the gun. That fragment just so happened to stabilize the fireball-launching device for future users. Citzal claimed the device as a prize and token of hubris, how it ended up in the Living Lands is a mystery.
