The archmage Ryngrim bequeathed this spear to the Wardens of Solace Keep as a means for dealing with the flametouched creatures in the wasteland of Galawain's Tusks. As effective as it is, most Wardens are loathe to even touch the weapon, fearing that Ryngrim's gift came with sinister ulterior motives.
