Cruel Command

One of the two legendary armaments favored by Feysa Adaerus, a fire godlike arcane knight of the Steel Garrote from centuries past. This wand, made by her hand, was imbued with some of her own divine fire to bring the searing justice of The Burned Queen to oathbreakers and heretics alike. Feysa was said to have a uniquely terrifying presence about her, able to end a fight before it began with naught but a spoken command as her enemies found themselves rooted in place through sheer terror. Those of strong enough will to resist would find themselves on the receiving end of Cruel Command with two choices: Cower and submit or be reduced to ash.
