Whisper of Exiles

The Godless were master artisans, well ahead of their time. This weapon is one example of some of their more intricate work. Whether through magic or artifice, two separate pieces of ivory - one black and one white - were twisted and bound together to create this wand. Once wielded by the archmage Ryngrim for its affinity for frost, the weapon fell out of favor as her power and mastery of cold deepened. The whispers that you can sometimes hear coming from this wand drift across your senses like a frigid winter wind.
