Skald's Gauntlets

While many chanters prefer to empower their allies and hinder their enemies from the back line, skalds are an exception to the rule. They prefer to wade into the melee, shouting their defiance in the faces of their enemies. The palms of these brigandine gauntlets are made from shark skin, providing the wearer with a much steadier grip on their weapons and allowing them to swing larger weapons with more reckless force than they would have been able to otherwise.
